JOB TITLE: Level 1 Technical Support Representative

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Level 1 technical representative will be have several duties centered around pre and post technical support for data storage and networking solutions including RAID, Storage Area Networks, Network Attached Storage, Back Up and Archiving solutions. This is a full time position located in Minnesota. Support will include but not limited to:

  • Review and modify work instructions
  • Pre-Installation calls
  • Post technical support calls
  • Logging cases with in Salesforce support module
  • Internal and external training

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 year technical training, 1 year on the job experience, fast learner, technical certifications

PREFERRED SKILLS: WINDOWS, LINUX AND MAC OPERATING SYSTEMS, RAID, SAN, NAS AND NETWORKING

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Implementation & Support Specialist will be responsible within our Professional Services & Support Division for excellent customer support skills in all facets and job duties, including but not limited to Post Sales Technical support, Pre-sales Technical Support, Product Manufacturing and Testing, Solutions & Product Installation, Integration & Implementation Services.
